Responsible for assisting in creating, developing, implementing, and delivering training programs that support operational development and role readiness. This position will work collaboratively with the Senior Manager of Workforce Development, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), site leadership, and cross‑functional partners to design and maintain effective learning programs that enhance knowledge transfer, increase retention, and promote continuous improvement. The Senior Specialist will support onboarding and ensure training aligns with safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

Work Experience and Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Four or more years of relevant experience in training, development, construction, or maintenance
Experience designing and implementing training programs
Bilingual preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and facilitate performance consulting discussions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and proficiency with multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives effectively
Ability to design and implement effective training and development with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI)
Knowledge of field operations in construction or industrial environments
Adaptable, creative problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to respond to questions from all levels of employees and support consistent training delivery
Ability to travel to jobsites and training centers as needed; travel expectation is 50% with the ability to return to home based on weekends
