The Manager, Supply Chain Quality will plan, organize, implement, and support MasTec Industrial’s supplier, vendor, fabricator, and subcontractor quality management processes across multiple projects. This is a remote corporate quality position supporting project teams with a primary focus on engineering and procurement scopes, bought-out equipment packages, vendor documentation, supplier surveillance, subcontractor quality requirements, and quality-related commercial compliance.
The Manager, Supply Chain Quality will interface with Supply Chain, Document Control, Engineering, Project Quality, Operations, vendors, fabricators, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies to ensure quality requirements are properly identified, included, submitted, reviewed, approved, inspected, and closed throughout the procurement and subcontract lifecycle. Engineering will be a key stakeholder in vendor submittals and technical document reviews, while subcontractor quality requirements will be coordinated through Supply Chain, Project Quality, Operations, and applicable project stakeholders.
This position reports directly to the Director of Quality and supports all MasTec Industrial projects by helping ensure that suppliers, vendors, fabricators, and subcontractors are properly evaluated, approved, monitored, and held accountable to contract, code, specification, documentation, inspection, and turnover requirements.
